DIS produced various mounts to Madsen 20mm. This is an early and really nice example of sales material produced by DIS.
This is a two page pamphlet/brochure from 1936 printed on glossy paper by J. D. Qvist & Company in Copenhagen. Notice the modern font and the name indicating that the brochure is later than January 1936.
There are several pictures of mounts but no explanation to the illustrations besides the DIS code (more pictures in the follow up blog post).
Each mount has a letter and a number, these were DIS designations or abbreviations of the different mounts. We are sure that there was some sort of price list or other explanation accompanying the brochure.
Based on other sources the designations for N1 – N3 are the following
N.1 – Naval mounting (stationary) for MADSEN 20 mm gun
N.2 – Submarine mounting for MADSEN 20 mm gun
N.3 – Twin mounting for two MADSEN 20 mm guns

The pedestal mount N.1 (below) is sleek and modern. The bowden trigger is clearly seen.
This picture from the upper deck of Danish Naval vessel “Ingolf” The date of the picture is unknown but from between 1934-1944. The mount bear clear resemblance with mount N.1 from the brochure.
N.2 Submarine mounting for MADSEN 20 mm gun
The two Danish submarines Daphne and Dryaden (D-class) were equipped with Madsen 20 mm. Mount N2 pictured on a submarine, drum magazine clearly visible.
N.3 – Twin mounting for two MADSEN 20 mm guns
Naval twin mount N.3. The pictures seems to be model pictures taken at the DIS factory.
